Pause or stop calls
Take a break from calls, or understand what happens when they ask not to be called again.
Calls happen only as long as everyone wants them to.
Pause for a while
Select Pause calls on the Schedule tab under Manage (or Pause on Home). Nothing is dialed until you select Resume at this time. Their sessions and stories stay exactly as they are.
When they ask to stop
The person being called can end things at any time, just by saying so on a call:
- A clear request, such as "stop calling me" or "don't call me again", stops all future calls straight away.
- If it is less clear, Rosie asks whether to stop calling altogether. Anything other than a clear "no" stops the calls.
- If they don't agree to be recorded, the call ends and calls are paused.
Either way, you get an email, and the Schedule tab says that future calls have stopped. Everything already recorded is kept.
Starting again
If they change their mind after asking to stop, or after saying no to recording, email help@phiniti.ai and we will help turn calls back on. There is no button for this in the app.
