Privacy and your recordings
Who can see and hear what is recorded, and what never happens with it.
These calls are personal. Here is how they are kept.
Who can see and hear the calls
- You, signed in to your account.
- The person you added, if you give them their own sign-in.
There are no public links. Recordings play through short-lived private links that stop working after a while, even if someone copies one.
What is always true
- Every call says it is recorded, and the first call waits for their yes before the conversation starts.
- They can stop at any time. If they ask not to be called again, the calls stop. See Pause or stop calls.
- Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI models.
What you control
- Hide a story, a name or an event from view, and bring it back later. See Stories and the Timeline.
- Remove from calls anything Rosie should not bring up again, on the Memories & topics tab of Prepare the next call.
- Download any recording, from the Listen tab of a session.
- Take away their own sign-in at any time, on Call security.
