Listen to a session and read the transcript
Play the recording, read every word, and see the stories that came from one call.
Every answered call becomes a session: the recording, a written transcript, a short recap, and the stories drawn from it.
Open a session
- Select Sessions in the menu.
- Select the session you want. The newest is at the top.
The session opens on the Listen tab.
The four tabs
- Listen: Play recording, Download audio to keep a copy, the recap of what they shared, the stories from this call, and a reference to copy if you ever need to ask us about the call.
- Transcript: everything that was said, turn by turn.
- Stories: the stories drawn from this call. Play from here plays the recording from the moment each one was told.
- Details: the call's usage and cost.
Good to know
The recording or stories aren't there yet. The session appears within about a minute of the call ending. The recording and the stories usually follow within another minute or two; check back shortly. Calls under a minute don't produce stories.
